First of many selfies this weekend. The red things in the background were little flags hung in the air like a huge rainbow through the trees! It was gorgeous all by itself.
I wore a dress and a straw hat so that I could pretend I was at a garden party!
The dress proved to be a good plan for the weather but most of the walkways were shaded so the hat was just for looks more then keeping the sun off. :)

Couldn't get as close to the water lilies as I wanted to, so these pictures will have to do.
I think this is an apartment building but from the gardens, it looks like a Disney castle, so snap!

Welcome to the Orchid's House!
These were pretty big orchids. I'd never seen such big ones or this color. I know they look purple in this picture but in life they were more brown.
In 2020 I did a really good job of not taking pictures of myself with a mask on, but I kept forgetting this day. When I found this picture I didn't automatically delete it because now I laugh like I have an inside joke when I hear the new CDC guidelines of "if your fully vaccinated you can go without a mask in most places". It's an inside joke because I can't get the second shot because I'm allergic. I'm pro-vaccine, I would love to be fully vaccinated, I just don't want to be hospitalize or die from it!

There were four orchid walls but the pink ones were my favorite at this garden party!

We went to Lush and this sign made me smile.
